If you have received a citation, you must contact the court not less than 5 days or more than 14 days from the citation date.  If you fail to respond within 14 days from the date of the citation, it may result in a warrant for your arrest amd additional fees added. If you wish to pay the fine on traffic violations, you must pay by cash, check, money order, Master Card. Visa or Discover at our office or by mail. We do accept payments by telephone, but only by the cardholder.

You may now pay on-line without additional fees if:
1)an appearance is not required by law, or
2) you have already appeared and been sentenced.

On-line payments may be made with checking/savings account, Visa, Master card or Discover. When you make payment on a new citation, a guilty plea is automatically entered and repercussions from that action may occur. You will need the court case number or the citation number to continue. If you are not allowed to pay by the processing web site, contact the court to discover the reason. These payments are for South Ogden court ONLY! Verify name and charges before paying.
